The Weeknd Reportedly Denies Verse On Nav’s Song Is A Justin Bieber Diss

The Weekend denies himself from false accusation by saying verse on Nav’s song is a Justin Bieber diss.

The Weeknd said his verse on Nav’s song “Some Way” isn’t a shot at Justin Bieber.

When Nav debuted his new song “Some Way” last week, fans and the media speculated that The Weeknd threw shade at Justin Bieber. Many thought the crooner’s verse was about how he reportedly stole Selena Gomez away from the Biebz.

According to TMZ though, this couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, Abel Tesfaye is laughing at the suggestion he was sending shots at his fellow Canadian pop star. Apparently, Starboy told the gossip mag that the lyrics were written well before he started seeing Bieber’s ex.

In the song, Tesfaye sings about making love to a woman whose ex-boyfriend failed to satisfy sexually.

“I think your girl, think your girl, fell in love with me. She say my fuck and my tongue game a remedy,” The Weeknd sings on Nav’s banger.

TMZ also reports that sources close to Gomez say she wishes the “Baby” singer would move on from his obsession with her. Gomez spent $30K to pay for The Weeknd’s birthday bash even though she didn’t attend.
