In order to restructure, Jay-Z closed his 40/40 Club after 20 years last year. However, it appears that the club may reopen soon, with a special pop-up scheduled for Fanatics Fest NYC!
The 40/40 Club is set to recreate Hov’s former playground with a star-studded rollout scheduled for August 16–18. Legendary sportsmen like Carmelo Anthony, Peyton and Eli Manning, Derek Jeter, Tom Brady, Kevin Durant, and many more are anticipated to show up for the celebrations!
According to reports, the new 40/40 Club will be located in NYC’s Jacob Javits Convention Center and will harken back to the club’s heyday. Signed jerseys from the collection, opulent stadium chandeliers, and a few dishes from the original menu will all be available, along with an excellent selection of cocktails.
The club intends to reopen with a major celebration in 2025. Memphis Bleek, a former member of R-O-C, assured us that plans are in the works when we spoke with him about the project last year, and it looks like fans will get an exclusive sneak peek at Fanatics Fest.
The 40/40 lounge experience is an exclusive collaboration with Fanatics Sportsbook and is invite-only.
